Logent and Attracs to offer unique business system
Logent and Attracs have signed a long-ranging agreement for the marketing in Sweden and Norway of Attracs Online, a complete business system for transport and logistics.
The Logent/Attrac co-operation offers active control and optimization of SC flows. Attracs Online features real-time profitability calculation together with an option to dynamically optimize routes. Customers can thereby develop dynamic, profitable, transparent and eco-friendly transportation not just to stay ahead, but to keep ahead as well.
Peter Grankulla, CEO of Attracs Oy, says that 'this is a strategically important co-operation and a milestone for us, where we together with Logent can offer holistic, integrated solutions for transportation and logistics, an opportunity to prove our accumulated SCM competence.
Logent CEO Lars-Göran Ahlberger says that 'by this new logistics platform, Logent can offer a solution corresponding to modern demands on a logistics business management system, a solution which is easily applicable in existing environments. Attracs Online enables the customer to rapidly optimize both tangible and administrative chain flows.'
Ahola Group subsidiary Oy Attracs is based in Karleby, Finland. The company employs seventeen who together with a number of external experts are actively developing the system for the future. The company was formed in 2009 as a business division within Ahola Group. Attracs represents a total of fifteen years of transport and logistics business systems development.
