On 1 april 2009 the ICT Business of the Ahola groups was transferred to the wholly owned subsidiary Oy Attracs AB (VAT No: FI22031692)

We want to inform you of the development and reorganization that has taken place within Oy Ahola Transport Ab. In order to improve the prospects for the development of its business, Oy Ahola Transport Ab has transferred its ICT business to the wholly owned subsidiary Oy Attracs Ab (VAT number 22031692). The transfer took place on 1 April 2009.
